We already loose residents to Florida and other places because of our current income tax rates. Also how will increasing our income tax to the second highest in the whole country, second only to California. How will we attract new businesses to Maine with this high tax rate.

To stop me from loaning my shotgun to my neighbor for one day is crazy. For my neighbor to have to get a background check and I would need to have a background check on myself to get my own gun back. This is another question that outsiders like Mike Bloomberg have bankrolled to change Maine. And if anyone thinks this will stop criminals from getting guns, they are just wrong.

This will push unemployment for high school children to 100%, no one will hire a student with zero work experience $12/hour. Also this will drive cost up that our seniors just can't afford. Western and Northern Maine already have a hard time with the economy, this will just push more businesses out. Coastal Southern Maine is already paying these wages for adults, but let's remember Maine is a big State,

No, they need to do both.

Popular vote, I think, but I have gone back and forth on this one.

Size is OK since Maine is so big. Pay should not be increased, this is not suppose to be your only job.
